Still 10 exilars per level?

So, I've just heard that above level 145 it is taking 10 exilars for every level.
How can this be right? You give us mobs to fight, that are way overpowered, but at least in our level, but then the xp given/needed the same as before update.
Technically, without exilars that is 10 hours grinding per level.
Personally, I think that is a joke so I'm going to be one of the few that won't bother doing it.

Good luck to those that decide to sit there grinding, I really can't be arsed myself, and without weeks and weeks of grinding I will end up useless, so this is probably my last time on game.

I think you might have been given false information.... Where we're at right now is 12 elixers per level... Possibly 13....
I should have said 10+ per level, sorry.
But that has, in one swoop, stopped me from playing.
I can only assume that it is OTM's way of making the update last longer.
Last update, it dropped from 10-12 for level 90+ to 3-4 when update was released.
Staying like this is just silly imo, but atm it's only my opinion.

The higher the level the more xp an enemy should give. I'll ask to get this checked out in case there are any errors.
Okay, im lvl 148 right now, killing level 160 boggans getting around 10k kill with 4x lix. Mind you Eliminater (157) was getting some kills, but when i got a kill it was around a measly 12k or something :) its not bad, I just dont want pest to get too high on elixirs :lol:

Only 10-12k with elixer from what your saying sounds like it will take forever to lvl. It used to be close to 20k xp on elixers when i soloed last update. Guess my plan of stock pilling elixers will pay off then. 100 elixers should get me 8-10 lvls i hope.
But yea thought we would Beable to lvl without elixers now.

I agree with you donko. The game just keeps getting more difficult. I can't imagine how the lower levels must feel. But I read in a separate topic that admin is going to change up the gameplay mechanics so that it does not cost money to play the game, like it does now. Idols pots etc. Yes one can say they bought all their idols and elixirs with in game earned gold but someone had to buy the plat right? CH might be looking at a future where luxury items actually make the game easier instead of bearable and idols an pots won't be needed if you have the adequate armor and skill along with a Druid or 2. :)

I don't mind doing an hour or an hour and a half on exilars per level, but 4 hours per level on exilars is just too much, I have 200 or more stockpiled and about 6k plat, so buying more is no problem.
However 140-170 is 120 hours game time, which is un acceptable to me. Others don't mind that time, but I do. Especially when there is nothing else to do in the mean time.

The xp per mob is fine, but it would be nice to drop the xp per level down, new players will just not be interested if they hear how long it will take them.

Oh now I understand where your coming from! Funny you say that I had the same thought earlier today. At this time it's 2 and half hours per level and I agree that it is unacceptable. I have roughly 150 elixirs to use but I'm bummed it will only get me 15 levels at the cost of 37.5 hours hard grinding. Someone needs to make a well written topic explaining issues that need to be fixed in the game.

For example,
Energy consumption (most skills take massive amounts of emerges to be used effectively)
Difficulty of mobs (soloing mobs at the same or slightly above your current level is very difficult, try doing it without a combo or haste elixir while leveling)
Level xp requirement (Reduce the amount of xp it takes to level up to make the game fun to play instead of grind grind grind)
Sigils (I personally think that people should get what they paid for and the sigils need to work the way they use to even if energy consumption is fixed. People payed money for the effect sigils have and I feel it is unfair to change the quality of a product once it bought.)

There are other issues but they don't come to mind this moment.

When I soloed a wyvern lvl 147 , when I was lvl 143 I got 32000 xp each kill on lix

Now I kill a lvl 153-4 4* boggan ice.... And I only get 27k each kill while on lix.

So that seems not right to me getting less xp.
