And i am also having trouble with the app it crashes every 5 minutes and my compass everytime i go to run it run then stops then i have to wait 5 secs then start running again happened every 30 secs please refund my gold an try your hardest to make game beter i love the maps

Did you buy the armor from a vendor? And you do realize that the update is still fairly fresh and they're still busy trying to work out the kinks yes?

If you have sent the Support Team a message using the in-game tool the team will process it, however it may take some time as they are currently dealing with a very large number of requests.

Regarding the crashing, what device and iOS version are you using? Can you provide any more details as to the nature of the crashes?
