It can take the Support Team some time to respond as they recieve a very large number of requests every single day.

However if you have sent in a ticket or e-mail please be assured that it will be looked at as soon as possible.

It's been nearly two weeks since I sent in a support ticket for platinum! I've been as patient as I can be, but I'm frustrated that I have to walk EVERYWHERE...I can't fast travel because I'm carrying too much stuff...my bank and inventory can't be upgraded because I don't have any platinum.

It's come to my attention that I am not the only one frustrated with their purchase of platinum.
