Im in this thread because my iphone 4 wont work either. Its causing considerable pain for me too. I stand by my comment. You can constructively criticize without being a jerk. Oh and dont flash ur money at me. I have bought 15,000 sigils alone across my accounts. My investment is worth it. OTM is improving content. Just be patient especially since theyve been out in front of this since the moment they were alerted.

I have not once said they weren't working on it, but they got us runnin laps on a track and we don't know how many to do! Give an effing date on when this fix will be done. So I don't have to check in on this thing every hour. Like I said before you really think they haven't personally spoken with some rep at apple? I guarantee they have! They also probably know exactly when this will be done, but do they tell us? Nope! They're keeping us strung along as long as they can, pretty soon my money will go to space time studio and Arcane legends here I come!

And furthermore I'm not gonna lie its gonna piss me off to go to a new game, I like OTM but the way there handling this is piss poor, if it was me I would make an attempt to gather an email list of all players affected and oh ya know maybe at least send out an email with some kind f update or at least let us know they will email is when it's ready. Is that too much to ask? For people who have been paying OTM's salaries I'd like to think they would value or money and customer base a bit more, this is effing ridiculous!

In the past, OTM have given dates and been unable to stick to them. This just angered players even more.

I have been a customer of many other companies before, and, hands down, OTM has been the best so far with customer service. They have a fast reply and work on it almost immediately. There has been more than one issue with the game since launch that OTM are trying to fix, and they are working hard to get this sorted.

We are aware that there are players with certain devices who are having trouble logging into the game.

We have now fixed these issues and we will be submitting a new version of the app to the App Store.

As soon as this new version is available to download we will post an announcement.

Hi , just wanted to know ETA on new update ? For devices unable to logg in .

The issue affected some devices with USA carriers in particular, which is one of the reasons why we weren't able to pick this problem up here in Scotland.
OTM, sorry that i was late responding on this. This issues is not related with USA carriers in particular. Im in Asia, It doesnt work too. It worked well on my iPad 2. Ive tried to use both my GSM and WiFi. Still nothing. But it worked after several times repeating to push the Log In button. 6 to 15 times probably. (i was followed the instruction posted here by somebody). You better not looking into the wrong direction to resolve this issue. Hopefully u can fix it soon. I need to dual log.

All the betas are noobs they suck and I kick their asses all day. They are unreliable. They are noobs. Get better ones, idk like me and get some that speak *** English plz. I'm taking all my money I saved for this update and buying a new car then I'm going back to school. My accounts will be available for helping my friends but as soon as I get a good offer on the they will all be sold or given away for free. Enjoy my characters. Enjoy my game. It's all yours. Sick of wasting my life with this iPod *** I'm going back to school. Back to my real life. Stop blowing up bazettas fb page I quit.
