And furthermore I'm not gonna lie its gonna piss me off to go to a new game, I like OTM but the way there handling this is piss poor, if it was me I would make an attempt to gather an email list of all players affected and oh ya know maybe at least send out an email with some kind f update or at least let us know they will email is when it's ready. Is that too much to ask? For people who have been paying OTM's salaries I'd like to think they would value or money and customer base a bit more, this is effing ridiculous!
In the past, OTM have given dates and been unable to stick to them. This just angered players even more.
I have been a customer of many other companies before, and, hands down, OTM has been the best so far with customer service. They have a fast reply and work on it almost immediately. There has been more than one issue with the game since launch that OTM are trying to fix, and they are working hard to get this sorted.
