Im a hybrid and my damage gear made it easy for me to taunt.

Yeah, taunt no longer works as well as it used to. I have to taunt a mob 2-3 times while in a full group. In a full group, everyone's potential max aggro is reduced because there is less health for everyone to deplete. Don't even get me started on bosses. They evade taunt and warcry on top of it all.

trying to get a heroic ammy to make this possible

Maxing and spamming taunt and warcry is the only way i can keep aggro in a long fight with all those crazy dpsing mages and rogues. But it gets pretty ugly when they get ignored :/

i just cant get it to be effective and I have it at 33. No point being a tank so might as well re-spec as a dps.

its been nerfed big time. Kinda obvious if you actually a tank. My taunt is at lvl 34 and i never had a problem holding argo. but now and even when people arnt using high damage gear, mobs lose interest in me and attack other players.

guess druids gonna have to start being tanks.

Yea whats up with all mob loosing interests in us and running right for druids, kinds of pisses me off when they have problems with energy then to have adds on them same time its like why are we there if taunt doesnt work and mine is maxed out at 40/35 with ammy

I feel sorry for my friend Kelius, he has a +9 taunt ring and a royal I think, he cannot pull Argo off my 134 rogue, he is 145

Yep, but admin don't seem to be interested - and there are enough 150+ warriors highlighting this that you would have expected them to take note. I have realised that I wasted my money buying a new shield because i never have any mobs on me because everyone else is doing more dmg and taunt just useless. Will go back to smacking swampies.

I dont think that taunt has been nerfed itis just that damage is going through the roof. I am seeing mages do 4k+ hits and rogues are doing the same. They need to up the effects of taunt to keep up.

yes all classes got a big dps upgrade in the expansion, so taunt will most likely need a boost in the next patch to help with this
