[Sigil issue] It's UNFAIR for our Plats spent for Sigils!

Yep couldn't agree more - sigils were just designed as a handy way to reduce downtime between fights. If there is an issue with players needing them during combat that is something we have to look into at the gameplay level, for example adding more energy giving skills, reducing energy costs etc. We'll be looking at this over the next few weeks to see what we can come up with to help with this.

Our druids were complaining that sigils could not work when we were fighting the 160 boss. I though that u have solved it in the recent two patches(on 7 and 8). But finally it's not.

I have also tried to train my 155 mage with 1500 energy sigils. But finally i have found the sigils could not work sometimes. Actually I had to wait for more than 15 or 25s. It's not always like that, around 50%.

We(mainly mages and druids in epona with sigils) know u may think sigils make the game unbalanced. Well, whatever ur decide will be, u should make the sigils work as before till ur decision has been made. (U may give ppl choice to refund when u have changed the sigil rules - for example, cant work when there is a 6 star boss nearby lol)

But again, before that, u should make the sigils work as normal, AS what the buyers know when they were buying. Otherwise, u have totally broken the agreement between u seller and us buyers.

Well consider it and fix the bug plz. Dont harm the feelings of those plats/sigils buyers and ur game supporters. (e.g. we two have costed more than 600 dollars for our warrior, mage and druids.) Thx a lot!

I agree. At first I thought this was just a mistake by OTM but it kinda seems like they did in on purpose now.

We bought so many sigils intending for them to work a certain way, so if sigils are fundamentally changed we should be given a full refund.

You shouldn't ask for refund ( that is the best scenario for them) ask to fix it . Sigils were the only egde platinum buyers had now is gone. I can't really say freely what is my opinion on this matter. Without the post been delete or myself getting trouble.

Uhh you "think" you need to review energy in combat. Well check this out if players have bought 100's of 1000's of sigils for their druids and mages just to keep up in combat before you changed it. How you think we feel now. Sorry but duh. Can you hear me now?

I had both of my 150 druids at KING Dreadbone today (one oog, four total druids for fight). He has ALWAYS shot fire dmg to participants even prior to update. This wasn't an energy problem very much then. I wasn't on a lava plane. Both druids ran out of energy. The AOE isn't the big deal. It's that every single time I cast anything, I enter combat mode and it takes forever to come out of combat mode. My sigils were nearly useless.

If this doesn't change soon, druids will quit en masse.

Please fix it. :)

Not only that but with full knowledge if/when and how they will return to the plat shop.

Right now OTM is like oh ya you can have a refund... but sorry we have no idea when or how they are coming back.

The big problem for me is that it takes forever to come out of combat for them to start working. This is wasting precious elix time. Please fix!!! :(
Yes if you keep casting skills you stay in combat forever. Some skills are timed such you pop out but fast ones never let you out of battle. Even 10 min later.

Try spamming meditate or recuperate. You will never start regen again.

Can you at the very least make a hard limit of 0-4 seconds after the boss/mob dies you were attackng? Because I don't see this as anything but a bug/feature.

I highly suggest you not ask for refunds. That is if you still want to play the game.
Otm would ever give back platinum. I would eat a turd covered hat if otm refunded hundreds of thousands of usd to credit apples.

This issue sucks and I have a lot of sigils on 4 characters.

However asking for a full refund after having most of them for 6 months or more does not make sense.
They do in fact work as they are described. The problem is we were able to avoid going into combat mode in the past and the new system is obviously geared to avoid this.

My guess is they were attempting to change some things so warriors could not use shield bash to make sigils kick in.
This was not a fair change to the healing classes and I hope they fix it soon.
