#22Does it look like im trolling? No one has gotten a refund and no one will get one. I droped 2.9m on the new lux day of update and im glad i did cause i took the time to read everything and think about everything before i bought my gear.There are refunds. There has to be refunds. I'm really hoping woox is just trolling. The reason I like OTM and CH so much is the customer service. I just dropped 1.3mil on gear that was not what I thought it was and that I'm I'm not ready for. The money is being spent in shop anyways so it's more of an exchange than refund.
People abused the refunding with otm to make it so you never really had to buy the lux item or try out every lux item with no chance of getting screwed over.

#24Same - I also am trying to get refunded for some carrowmore items - but that gold will be going right back into different gear/lux so I would think it would not be a big deal to OTM. #25Refunds would be nice for like the first week, but I understand if they don't give them.
Imagine 1000s of requests coming in for refunds when they are still trying to fix the basic elements of the game they broke like sigils. Its a bit overwhelming and not a 1st priority.

#26The ring was refunded to me today, so a big thanks and thumbs up to OTM for the quick turnaround.In my almost child like lux excited, game is finally here sugar high, I clicked and bought the wrong ring then proceeded to send in a support ticket after I re-purchased the correct one, so I guess if they don't refund it, I either take a loss or try and resell new lux at a discount. Either way, it is 100% my fault for not fully reading what I was clicking on.
Best way for OTM to cut down on the number of refund requests is to have a "rent" feature on each item, where for a certain amount of gold you can try a temporary item (maybe just like the faerieland quest items from OW with a preset # of uses or time) for a little while. I know people will argue doing something like that then becomes a scammer issue with bait and switch or selling a look alike item, but that is why you name the item Demo, etc so people can distinguish it from the real deal.

I baught wrymbone armour because i thought it was best nonquest armour and now im lvl 160. I didnt realize there would be more and now i have this crap armour with no gold. I saved for months for update. I am really dissapointed that otm wont refund the gear.

#30I received a refund for 2 items I bought on launch day today, so just be patient and give them time. They are dealing with a ton of requests and trying to fix all the bugs at the same time, so they probably have their hands full.
