Honestly I always thought it was strange that support players in the past could stay out of combat and use sigs to their advantage. Unfortunately this became so common place that when they "fixed it" in Update 4 it showed a massive in balance with druids energy consumption.

Going back to the "broken model" that required sigs is not the right steps. We need energy consumption evaluated with druids. Either by reducing energy costs and/or giving Druids a Energy Boost Skill.

There also should be some kind of compensation returned to druids that bought sigs, not because of what they advertized, but because of what they did for more than a year.

So yes druids have been screwed...

They totally screwed up druids with this sigil thing. When solo training the trade offs to heals was your lack of armor and melee dmg, in group combat tour trade off for being a druid was that you just stood there spamming heals and buffs and having the overall survival and success rest on you.now u stand around waiting for your en to regenerate when solo (wasteing lix time that no other class has to waste) and in boss fights u run out of energy way too fast causeing ppl to waste pitions and idols. It should not take 5-7 druids in a group to take a big boss, there are few good druids in this game that are mains and i know a few who will be making melee classes and giving up thier druids because a druid is just not as fun, effective or fulfilling as it once was. If OTM wants to stick to celtic legend then they need to restore the sigils and make druids the masters of healing and white magicks (lol, that spelling seemed to fit better).

I’m also in support of this as well. Since update my sigals have been very slow. Use to take me less than 12 seconds to regain on hp and energy. now I’m having to wait at least over a min. not cool when i have invested so much in sigals to get the required health and energy regain. Also affecting my training and the ability to train fast, as i am forced to use hp pots just to regain energy. Not so great way to go OTM,S. please fix this.

I hope otm understands that if the Druid class is a broken class and that there is no resolve for them, then the entire game is broken. No one will want to play a class that won't work and if there are no healers say goodbye to bossing and to leveling. Rangers would have to be the "new" healers. I personally would quit my Druid and just work on my rogue or just quit the game altogether. I will give them time to fix it as i know they are well known for their service but if there is not a sufficient resolution I hope they realize they might as well throw their game and all their hard work out the window as it would be considered trash. IMO the entire game rests on your shoulders to fix the Druid class.

I don't understand how adding a druid energy skill or reducing energy costs for druids is any different than fixing the sigils other than that they will cost the druids skill points.

It looks like OTM doesn't plan on doing either of these things, but you never know.

Did the "real celtic heroes" shoot fireballs out of their hands and teleport? Its a game, bringing this point up is idiotic.

On the sigils matter, i believe they should be the same as they were, along with the major energy issues beig fixed as well. This would allow the sigils to still make things easier, and also give non plat buyers a chance to play mage/druid

Yep couldn't agree more - sigils were just designed as a handy way to reduce downtime between fights. If there is an issue with players needing them during combat that is something we have to look into at the gameplay level, for example adding more energy giving skills, reducing energy costs etc. We'll be looking at this over the next few weeks to see what we can come up with to help with this.
Admin feel that they have "fixed" sigils
Druids for more than a year have depended on sigils to maintain the high energy consumption they go through at each boss fight.

OTM did not listen... :o

Now we have druids leaving the game. :x

I was just making a point about how lowering energy costs for druids and giving them more regen skills/items is the exact same thing as fixing sigils for them. The only difference is that if these regen items do come out, they would have to spend even more gold to buy them and more skill points, taking away from other important skills.

Are you kidding?

People paid money, some paid lots of REAL WORLD money for an item that worked a particular way. And now it doesn't work that way.

They should now just ignore that Money spent according to you. Of course people are upset. You should be too given healing is going to cost more pots if players let their Druids take a holiday.

And if you are a druid get used to guzzling Restos in battle to get energy regenerated.
