Password reset request

Hello, I am sorry to bother the support staff as I am sure you are busy correcting issues related to the update. However, I am posting in regard to a support request I submitted approximately two weeks ago. I lost my password about three weeks back and did not have an email registered as I was unaware this would cause a problem later. I emailed the support team immediately and received a response within three business days. I was asked to provide explicit details about my account in order to have my password reset. I immediately responded with a detailed report with the requested information and am awaiting further response from support. I understand the support team is very busy working with the update but I just wanted to reach out to support through the forum. I am really looking forward to playing the new areas and was hoping I might be able to receive an update on the status of my request. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read this and look forward to hearing back through personal message. Thanks again
