except for druid healing
that should be pumped up a bit
although not back to full power
Re: Mages sheild
#12Bolas was never OP in PVP. It lasted 8 seconds, which obviously doesn't matter much since warriors can reach somehow with giant swing, sweeping blow, druids have roots, vines and lightning strike for when bolased, and rogues somehow get a quickstrike and sneaky in when bolased, and mages... Well theyre impossible to beat in PVP

Re: Mages sheild
#14Yes mage now sucks in pvp.
Nerfed Mage ~140
Why play a class where skills cost more than other classes for same damage?
Why play a class with no auto attack?
Why play a class with 1/3 the armor?
Why play a caster?

Re: Mages sheild
#16With each update comes a new op class. Pvp will never be fair until they allow separate pvp builds. Once again a great training build does not transverse into a great pvp build. And who wants to restat just for pvp? (Well maybe magicboi )

Re: Mages sheild
#19When it comes to PvP I believe that pre update there was no OP class. Granted it seemed that at times it was harder to beat mages or whatever but it was possible.
I am a ramger and If I wanted to PvP anyone all I had to do was give myself a buttload of vitality and use entangle. If you complain about bolas preupdate you were just not good at PvP in general. When it come to PvP it is all based on your build and how you use your skills.
I would say now Rangers are finally affective in PvP because all I have to do is bolas run shoot, long shot, and bolas again. This makes it seemingly impossible for your opponent to hit you unless they are a rogue/Mage.
Mages spells were decreased by half power in PvP but you still have spells like freeze that you can use strategically. (incinerate was not nerfed in PvP. Warriors will always be strong because all you have to do is max prot stance and use shield bash switch to damage offhand and start smashing your opponent.
All this to say every class has certain methods to fight and to win. It just comes down to the fact as to whether you know how to use your skills more affectively than the player you are facing now.

how many "feeble" mages or "weak" mages did you see out there?
i can guarantee you that it is probably not that many
