Regen is optional. Yes, regen is important, but the magnitude of regen is totally optional and lots of it ia pure convenience.

I think the problem you're running into is that your energy is low. With 50 regen, I am able to cast every skill I use and regen most of my energy if not all by the time my skills are refreshed. I'm not saying put points into focus (because I don't) but it wouldn't be a bad idea if you find that your energy cap is the problem.

I agree with Sir Blaze333. My energy is fine and I am a 170 warrior. Not really having any issues as long as you dont non-stop cast skills.

-1 no need for the petition and the patch if you have regen its absolutely fine the way it is!
