It's the rangers that got boosted

Ranger:New skill - Double Shot, which allows you to fire two arrows in one shot from your bow
Increased Rapid Shot speed boost to 50%
Light Heal effect increased by 10% in PvP
The new skill is not a boost , it's simply the same skill all close range melee have but for bow.

10% light heal in pvp isn't gonna help at all so who cares.

They unnerfed 1/2 the problem with rapid shot , whoopee! It helps a little but otm still destroyed the skill with recast timer .

Rangers needed sharpshot damage increased by 100% or to be given a skill that lowers mobs pierce resistance , this isn't gonna change much.

-I like that taunt has been boosted it definately needed to be made more effective.
-Idk about boosting rogues they seemed fine to me post-update but I guess there has been complaints.
-I am glad that ranger gets a small boost because there has been a lot of complaints especially about rapid shot
-The energy leeching skill will hopefully alleviate druid energy problems
-as for mage... All I can say is Wow! All I see is the power of *insert skill* has been decreased by a significant percentage. I can see a small decrease might have been in order. I wonder, is this the result of people complaining on the forums? I hope not. Feedback is important when considering game design especially when balancing classes. I have not played the game since the patch because I am at school and cannot get on, but after several months of experimenting pre-update I finally had come to the conclusion that without way better gear or focus the most effective build for me was almost full support. After the update I found that I could finally manage an effective attack build. Now it seems after a big step forward we have taken a big step back. All I see is decrease. Yes ice blast has a slight decrease in energy cost. However the energy cost was only decreased by 10% while the power was decreased by 45%? What was the rationale behind decreasing the power of almost all mage skill attacks? Other classes felt that they had fallen behind? Now I have the same problems with energy and skill evasions to deal with but the upside(the high damage when my skills actually hit) is no longer an upside? Just because a player in game sees a mage with a high skill hit does not mean in anyway that mages are "overpowered" or "OP" (in forum speak). I am sorry that this is so long and I hope that it does not sound like a rant againt OneThumbMobile or any players who called for "nerf" of mages. I was just wondering what the rationale of the game designers was when they decided to greatly decrease mage spell power and some of the cast time but leave most energy costs and evasions the same. I do think that there should not be a gap between "power" of classes. But All things should be done in moderation. If we could get a rationale from someone who was involved in this decision it would be nice.

Edit *Also, why was shield decreased? With almost no armor mages need a strong energy shield. I have not seen any complaints about it. Why decrease its power too?

Go for it.
You have bolas amazing for new bosses and is almsot a must no skill comapres to it
Light heal beat my crappy lil life drain which is useless
I have seen longshot do over 2k damage and has a restriction just like sneaky.
Sharpshot is much like quick but quick is better no doubt
Barbed and rend are the same but you get more initial damage
You have the ability to hit as fast as a rogue with your rapid shot but have higher autos then us.
You are ranged and wont use as many idols you are a well rounded class so dont give me bs about being underpowered cause currently my clan almost needs rangers for every new boss to spare idols. Rogues are not needed not at all this game would survive without the class and it wouldn't be missed. Just get mages instead
You have same armour also. Dont give me bs u know aswell as us we needed a boost not a nerf and we got jack!
Brookie1 lvl 172+ rogue rosmerta. Best damn rogue ever! Clan awakening
