Hello OTM,

I was wondering if it is possible to reset an email to one of my accounts. The issue is odd sorta, lemme explain. On the account I linked it to [email protected] when I was supposed to type [email protected] not realizing there is a difference. Then never testing my emails I forgot my pword like a noob cause I had it in the notes of a stolen iPod. So when I went and reset my pword to prevent usage of account I realized that I made my mistake. So I'm just wondering if an email or password change for the account is possible? If so please pm me on forums for real emails to contact through or reference to my in game support messages I sent on my Dent toon.

Ok I was getting really good help from support on my issue and I forgot a key detail which, yes, is my fault but when I did recall it and reply with correct info, they stopped replying. The time of no reply was Monday @ roughly 7:30 a.m. Pacific time zone. Is this due to hours or do I need to start a new request and go through process again? Either way it's ok I just want problem fixed so I can level my Druid alongside my Mage once more. Ty in advance
