My only hope is that SOMEONE from otm will read everything I've posted on the recent nerfing of mages. Since there were so many threads complaining about it, I posted to them all. Where else can we go to be heard? Cant exactly call up Richard and tell him how disappointed we all are. But somehow everyone else's complaining got to him about our supposed 'super abilities' that he nerfed us big time. So I guess my question is to Richard or any dev of the game....come play my toon for an hour and tell me if I'm crying over nothing...add all the plat to my account you will need for pots and idols before playing him tho, u gonna need plenty of both.

What's your character name and world, we will clone your build on the test servers and play of your build and give you feedback.

But overall to call this a nerf is pretty unrealistic considering there was a huge boost and then a very minor correction relative to the size of the boost.

Mage threads are in mage forum. I am keeping general tidy so people can actually discuss the game and not read the same posts over and over by the same couple of posters.

Mmm I think the issue atm it does feel like nerf ,

but the major concern is the limited skill points to make a effective build as mage a pre v3 mage will feel like is a bit boosted
but the mage the you guys release v4 will feel nerfted with only 2 damage skills and 1 lure 1 energy skill.

We are doing a lot of testing on an ongoing basis around game and class balance. The most helpful thing is to provide specific information, for example the poster here has provided his character name so we can then investigate what he is saying by recreating his character and playing it.

The more specific information we get the easier it is to help.

Maybe otm could post a suggested build for mages as im unable to level mine and we could work from there
