Does this really have to be two different skills?

I had already maxed out double attack and got a few rings for it. It would be nice if the 'double attack' just happened to be whatever weapon you were using.

Now I have to find a new skill book, new rings if possible, and an alt book to reset my skill points...

It did always bug me that you had to be close for it to work, but still. Can't we have the best of both worlds?

The current game engine will not allow double attack to be used from range.

Double sho and double attack cancel each other out , can't use double attack without a ranged weapon .

I didn't get tome yet but I assume all classes can use this skill , just need a ranged weapon.

Send support a ticket and you can get your double attack swapped for double shot. They might swap your rings too.

can someone please tell me the difference and what expactly is the double shot point? I just got spell but seems like you need to max it to be effective on higher lvls (155+) am I correct on that.
