i am a dpsing warrior 565 str. and 150 vit so just asking is there a benifit for frozen armour if ur dps i have full frozen execpt wep

You really should look into having more than 150 vit, and keeping your strength at no more than 3-400.
That being said, frozen armour adds 300 hp, 300 energy, 400 chaos resist and 100 divine damage, therefore if you're fighting warden/meteoric/frozen/dragonlord bosses then the chaos resist will help you to stay alive against a new skill that they have. The 100 damage will also help your DPS as these bosses are vulnerable to divine damage. But if you don't have haste ring, or are not using a haste elix, then heroic gloves will probably give you more DPS overall.
