I've noticed on all peices of the new fashon theyre all ranked. Blue green yellow brown and red are all common colors, but ive never seen a "rare" one. Has anyone else seen one?

One of my friends recently got a black skull cap and patch that is labelled rare... It was the average 8k price in shop not a drop...

In the pirate fashion shop, White and black is the rare items. White is rarest.

I was thinking if there was rare smugglers they could have 2 different colours rather than one and brown cause they would look way better.
