Celtic Heroes

Hey, im a Rogue and i never ran out of energy, all of a Sudden it dont seem it regens right?

I have hero ammy, and venom, has the energy regen changed? Or might it be a bugg when switching from cloud? Or am i just paranoid, it seems always stucked in the lower region of bar from last patch when fighting.
