I have a heat rash on my head.. Does anyone know how to get rid of it

( and please don't say search it up cuz I already did...)

Does anyone know if my ankle could be broken? At soccer practice last Monday (may 13) i hurt it, it still hurts to stand and walk today. It started in one small spot but now the pain area is a little bigger. I'm not sure if I is a soft tissue injury or maybe a stress or green stick fracture... :-/ would a soft tissue injury be healed by now? I think it's been about 5 days.

Are you capable of seeing a doctor or do you have personal issues, barring you from seeing one? Even if it's not broken, it may be badly sprained.
