This actually sounds kinda fake. You complain that TWO updates ago u were hacked, but waited so long to tell. Why is that? And it'd be ur fault if you told someone ur pass or gave any hints.

I did Not give hints and I did send a support mail in the support tool and never got a reply

It could take them a while because lots of people ask for their help.

Support will be unable to do anything about this as all trades are final,not to mention this is from update 2. Pease read these topics for more info.

On topic its your fault they guessed your password not OTM they don't need to give you anything, you shouldn't have such a easy password then if they can guess it.
