I used in game support several times requesting a refund. I posted it the second day after the last update and have not heard anything yet. I accidentally purchased the idol of illusion for my lvl 144 druid alt. i traded it to my druid then realized i hade purchased the wrong one. I traded it back to plum, my main, and posted the request and hour or so if that after i purchased it. I would like a refund so i can buy the appropriate weapon. Thank you Plum

Hi there please be assured that your support ticket will be seen to in time. However due to the expansion we are dealing with a large backlog and sending in multple requests will only slow this process down.
