I dont think that taunt has been nerfed itis just that damage is going through the roof. I am seeing mages do 4k+ hits and rogues are doing the same. They need to up the effects of taunt to keep up.

yes all classes got a big dps upgrade in the expansion, so taunt will most likely need a boost in the next patch to help with this

exactly! and its so annoying when druids gain the aggro again aand again :/ taunt needs some serious boosting, or if its a bug it needs to be fixed.

Yes, my taunt at times does lose control of bosses at times. Very weird . The old taunt/warcry were unbroken i dont know why they would "break" it again.

I find if a lower lvl is in the group on a boss run i cant take aggro from them. My taunt is 40 war cry is 35 even when i spam both and use shield bash i can only get aggro back when they die.

Appreciated the bump up on taunt and warcry but something is still not right when as a level 166 warrior with taunt and war cry maxed I can't pull woodcrown off of a level 150 ranger. It took ten casts of each skill to finally get aggro. Im still playing around with the skills as I seem to have no problem pulling firbolgs or trolls.

How is it I have 28 taunt and I can't even taunt stonefang/DOOMCLAW with a Mage 20 levels lower than me? This REALLY needs to be fixed!

It was massively nerfed on purpose. I quad box all the time and have lvl 88-90 toons one of each class. My Mage did get a bit more dps this update - but because I have no new gear or massive skills I have the same or less damage on my other toons. Taunt and warcry got nerfed to 1/3 thier pervious value or so. Even with the boost a day and a half ago it's still half of what it used to be. I can tell since I always pt myself and I can see change easily.

Kind of dissapointed that admin had to gloss over the truth and say it was dps related. I had to max the skill when I was doin fine with 7 points before. With 22 points it does the same or less than 7 did before.
