If i max sweeping blow will it work better than giant swing?

Does this skill still have that glitch(i think) where it does like 20 damage sometimes.

note the part that say that it acts like giant swing with reduced damage

so sweeping blow = giant swing except sweeping blow has slightly less damage

Yes, just to clear things up, sweeping blow is an aoe giant swing that has reduced damage to balance it.

Where can i find shield wall and war cry skillbook, q or mob? If mob, so which?
