ive been sending support messages for last couple of weeks and they havent replied not to a single message and i have people whocsend support messages and get a response in like a few mins or hours does support help out the people that waste most money on game before those that dont waste as much? also i still have a character in sulis who hasnt been fixed he still gets stuck at loadin page at 10% and i havent recieved any help on fixing that....

also the character from sulis has had this problem for like 7 months now

It is because people spam requests plus the backlog of update 4 problems which would be 100-500 tickets to read through by my educated guess.
