Ok so i was level 101 and had the parts completed the parts for me needed to speak to tobrin the sailor, i tried speaking to him didnt give me anything just went on about boats and the ocean-_- someone told me i had to be lvl 105 so i got level 105 and tried again and still, nothing, i've sent a ticket to support to swap the quests yet they haven't responded to me and i need my met bow plz can you help me out, very excited to get my met bow
