As a material inducement to COMPANY entering into this EULA with you, you represent to COMPANY that: (i) you are over thirteen (13) years of age, and have the full and unrestricted legal right to enter into agreements; (ii) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or has been designated by the U.S. government as a ‘terrorist nation’; and (iii) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.


What does this mean? Can someone explain it?

it means that by pressing accept you promise you are:
1. over 13 years old
2. not in a terroist nation (basically making sure you are not in Iraq, North Korea, etc)
3. you are not in a group that is blacklisted by the USA (Taliban etc)

So technically if you are under 13, you cannot play?

Yeah, or you can only play with a guardian 13+, but there's no way to tell, so, yeah.


I thought ALL mmo's are 13+?
