Not a good idea spamming messages to them, you just delayed the help because you sent 5 messages to them and now otm has to work harder.

U think u can order 100$ plat, and go three weeks without being replied writing only one message? Its hard.

You are slowing others requests also, what if another person had your problem? You would slow down their requests also. I had to wait 6 weeks to get my account enabled and I only sent 2 e-mails. So spamming is making it hard on others, causing them to spam. Plus otm is dealing with a support backlog and spamming would not help them, since it will increase their backlog.

I did not spam like 5 support tickets or whatever. The first e-mail was accidentally canceled by me.

When u spend 100$ and it goes lost, its a lot harder to be calm. Especially when they dont even reply to ur messages. Ur lucky u havent had to experiance a money issue, and i hope u wont, cause its not pleasant

I feel like this admin on the forums is copying and pasting the same garbage for anyone that has a problem with platinum/refunds...doesn't even put forth the effort to customize a message...a round of applause anyone?

Celts: Since you seem to have tried all methods to no avail, I wonder if you even made a purchase.

How did you buy the plat? Was it with an iTunes apple, or a credit apple?

1. If with a credit apple, check to see if the transaction even went through (was it charged to the apple?) or check to see if the credit was then debited to your account (reimbursed). It is possible that even though you got a "receipt," the transaction was voided or reimbursed.

2. Make a similar check if you used an iTunes account. Has the money been removed from your account?

One last thing, is your iDevice jailbroken? I have seen the following:

Using a jailbroken device to buy Platinum will not take any money from your account, as the system does not recognise or allow the Platinum purchase.
