Are you doing 1 damage each time? And are you sure the health is 28 every time? What level are you?

Im wondering what your trying to do are you trying to figure out the lock % when ur within the same lvl or are trying to figure out something else? If your wondering what the lock is its a consent % when ur within +-20 lvls of the mob. If your trying to figure out something else then you would have to be more specific on what ur looking for.

But in all seriousness I don't forsee you getting much help with this given your attitude. Marco has done alot of number crunching and graphs for different aspects of CH. Yilley also seems like an experienced and intellegent player from his other posts that i have read. All you say in the title is "Target lock numbers." You don't proceed to ask or mention what you need or how your going about testing. All you ask for is numbers. Well there ya go. There's some numbers for ya...
