Wardens armor and wep

What is the lvl req for all the wardens stuff.
My rogue is now lvl 60 and i have the warden hands.
But i dont get the quest for the other stuff.

Can somebody plz help ?

Druss lvl 104 warrior
Teemo lvl 89 rogue
Chillmist lvl 86 ranger
Drussdruid lvl 81 druid

it goes up every 5 levels, thats what ive heard
