Has anyone had their character(s) deleted when the update was installed or has anyone heard of anyone saying such....im trying to figure out whats going on wit a character on an account of mine

Send support a ticket, give them some of ur char's main traits (name, pvp rank, lvl, clan, appearance, equipments, etc).

Like said above. If you lost a character or accidentally deleted one contact support.
