I still haven't gotten my 100$ purchase, and i dont know why. For anyone who likes to comment that i should try this and this method, i alrdy have! Ive also messaged apple to which ive gotten no reply. I've also emailed my recipt that i GOT from apple to support. I dont know how much more i have to do, but this is ridiculous.

So, you made the purchase, and spent ur $$$, but you still haven't got your plat? (Check you're purchase history, P.S I believe they would send you an email notifying your purchase, if you didn't recieve it then you most likely didn't have your $$$'s sent out for some reason, hence not getting plat.) If you already lost your $$$ yet you still haven't got your plat, contact support, they should value trustworthy above any other random support tickets for the sake of their $$$ consumers.

I got the reciept from apple as clear as day that my $$$ was spent.

and if you have issues with plat, I think apple would be more helpful than otm. have you tried changing wifi connection etc, Celts?

I've used five+ differant connections. Guess what? Didn't work -_- im sooo sick of this.... Anyone now how to get apple to answer me?
