Itunes charges the tax, not OTM and it depends on you location. Here in the US, we are charged a state tax rate, which in my state is 6.5%.

FL has a sales tax. Around 6-7.5 percent. FL has no income tax.

Pig should have said his part of Canada... but he is correct. In Ontario we pay federal and provincial sales tax, conveniently lumped together into one Hamonized Sales Tax.
