#3umm no. It takes about 8 chests to get a single piece, so according to that is roughly 100k spent on chests before you will get a piece. I wouldn't sell any of my pieces under 40k each.

The black male chest was being sold for 5k yesterday. Many people have it already. Probably get more rare later but still. More items will come out each event so people keep collecting the new ones. Old event items atm arn't worth much yet. People are to bussy collecting new.

#5If you were only trying to get a piece of black sunlit, yes. But considering that you get rewards for every single chest no matter what, and that a lot of people use the chests without even wanting the fashion, its worth considerably less than 40 k.umm no.
