At first this is not about my acc.
I send this cause my friend who has the issue isn't really good at speaking English .
It's al about the player Bowlegend from arawn

So yesterday Bowlegend bought platinium on his iPhone 4 but at the moment he paid his phone crashed. After that he was unable to log in until he redownloaded the app. Than he discovered the play was not stored on his acc.
He checked his app store and the money was removed off his account.

We tried everything out , all the tips which have been posted on forums but did not receive the plat

I got the bill which shows that the money was paid to you guys but not posting on forums, to what email address can I send it ? Side note it's in Dutch .

He paid 89,99€ for the plat (8000 plat)

Plz look into it , hè bought it in double plat so it would suck if it gets solved after double plat cause he bought it on double play day

this seems to be happening to a lot of ppl especially during the double plat sell could it be a problem on otm's end?
