So I checked the time in my zone, it ends in 7:00 pm in my region.

Does it strictly/exactly end there or do I get a few extra hours?

You might think, why I'm asking this? Because my dad's apple ID got disabled (without a cause) the moment the double plat was on (my dad's acc was fine UNTIL the patch for double plat and stuff, weird eh?) My dad was nice and he know about getting 100% off is something you wouldn't want to miss, so he wrote a letter to apple. The admin guy from apple (name not mentioned for safety) said they would look at the issue and the issue should be solved by approximately, you guessed it, 7:00 p.m. in my area.

I don't want to miss the double plat (already missed one last time b/c of the same issue with my dad's acc, apple tend to hate CH's double plat maybe? )
So I hope they could spare an hour or two.

I'm not entirely sure if it is the CH plat sale or not, but I will say that I am in a similar boat.

I have not been able to buy plat this weekend either, despite trying several troubleshooting methods. I can't guarantee it was due to this patch, but I will say that my Apple ID problems were noticed starting with this patch (ie. the last time I bought anything through Apple was in November, and there were no problems, as of Friday, I can do nothing).

Lucky you, in a sense... I sent Apple my support email on Saturday and am still waiting to hear back from them.

I have no idea how strict they will be on time, but hopefully you will get your situation sorted before it ends. Good luck.


Just a little aside: You aren't getting 100% off (that would mean free). You can think of it as either 50% off, or a 100% bonus.
