Wtf missing plat!?!?

June 24, 2013 at 4pm i purchased chest of plat (double plat is supposed to be from June 21-24) however i only recieved 4k. Sincerely, loyal ch player

Damnstraight lvl 223 Rogue (main)
Lyanna lvl 195 Mage
GlowInTheBow lvl 162 Ranger
Glowstaff Druid (currently levelling)

It would be nice if re-embursment is possible, if not i will still continue to play ch as disappointed(unhappy) gamer :(

Wouldn't it make more sense to use pacific time that way this doesnt happen to people

Perhaps you don't understand that GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) is the de facto global time standard. Since there are CH players from all over the world, using GMT makes perfect sense.

Except the fact that most games use pacific unless otherwise specified

You will need to provide evidence to convince me since this defies logic. I have had the same experience as Venus with games using GMT.
