They drop stuff like bllod stones and other gems plus armour and wepons great to sell to new people.

You didn't specify if this was paid or not. So you could buy restoration pots/idols with plat and sell them. Around (250-300gold per plat on my world)
I afk a bit on wisps. I did crookback, then dustwither, then did shiver area but now shivercowl spawns which ruins it. So yeah, wisps in stonevale. The blue ones.

I agree with this, I sell idols or anything else from item shops, 200g per plat.

Blue wisps! IF you are high enough to afk kill them... they usually drop about 10 gold each for me
