To me it depends on the mobs you are killing and how fast you can kill. Also your class is pretty important and what your weapon and armor is too. If you like to group pay close attention to the consistency of the exp you earn. As you know probably the more people the less exp. so is you have a lot if people try training on more difficult mobs, but not too hard that it slows down you killing speed.
