The worst though? People I call Backseat Healers, That say things like "Heal people that are being hurt" or "heal him" I'm like Seriously? Give me a break!

First of all.
If you have a good clan, they should all know druids are extremely important.
Without druids, it would be impossible to do the main bosses.
I refused to group one person before and would not heal them when doing a boss.
One more thing for you druids out there, I use howling wind religiously. I think it is one of the most under used skill there is.
The tank and dps do not need to be healed as much when mob is howeled. So, that way you save on heals and u can regen faster.

I make my druid hybrid all the time. I do not max all my main skills, I find that making them at 5 levels or so from max is more useful as you can use several very useful skills then.
I have so much more to say, but I will leave it for another time.
