Hey i decided to stop playing until admin decides to give me the platinum i was charged for.apparently he thinks it funny when someone get charged for platinum but doesn't do anything to help his customer.So i wont be playing.

The Admin is the nicest guy you will ever meet. He's on here 24/7 trying to help players enjoy the game better. Give it some time.

Time is what you want to talk about.I told him about the problem like 3 or 4 weeks ago.

All iOS IAP's on in app purchases are dealt with by Apple.

Which is why Apple does Refunds, and does reports and fraud claims..it's because they are the 3rd party merchant.

You say you were charged.
You say you closed your apple account
You say you dont want a refund, you just want platinum from One Thumb.

The thing is, anyone could claim that, because by closing your apple account there is absolutely no proof. This is between You and Apple. I won't call it a scam again, simply because that's just beating a dead horse into the ground... But

Anyone could ask for platnium using your story, because it's soo absolutely unprovable. And any person charged like you say you have would need to take it up with Apple and file fraud charges to get a full refund of all purchases. Apple does this ALL THE TIME, they refund everything to you after viewing your evidence.

The way it works with all app purchases is that apple takes a cut.

Like say you bought $100 of plat well roughly $20-$30 of that goes to Apple (I don't know the exact % let's say $25 for arguments sake)

so when Apple refunds you the full $100 you spent, it actually costs One Thumb MORE than they sold since they made $75 bucks but hafta refund the full $100 which gets subtracted from their next check that Apple cuts them. This is why asking for refunds is sooo damaging to the company, but if you were really wronged it's the way to get back at One Thumb.

The fact you haven't done this, and instead have only asked for platinum leads everyone to assume the same thing:
You never bought platinum.

Admin is many things, but thank god he isn't a complete fool.

Arty, I've bought a lot of platinum, have had iTunes require me to contact them before I could complete a purchase. have had my bank flag the activity as suspicious. Have done about all you can do with platinum really. Have had some problems occasionally... every single one was resolved in a timely fashion.

Post in support, assuming there is a record of you making the purchase, and no record of you receiving the platinum, you'll get the platinum given to you. If the records show differently, well... the end result may be different. Since you've stated that you are going to sue, there's a good chance that any communication with you from OneThumb will be done via attorney at this point, that could be holding things up as well.

Lol it always cracks me up when people threaten stuff like this... That's like saying "if I don't get what I want I'm going to hold my breath unti I get what I want!" lmao no one cares if you leave... Especially since you have no evidence to back up your clam and refuse to follow the procedure that everyone else in the same situation has to follow... You do whatever you want buddy... Just remember... No one cares. And no one is going to feel sorry for you when you threaten to leave.

He is a consistent liar and acts like he's 10 cussing at every response. I doubt he bought plat, he isn't a plat player, plays like an hour a week, no reason for him to buy $100 of plat. You're gonna sue? I hope OTM counters you.
