what's it going to take?

what's it going to take to get a response from support? It seems like every time someone asks for help you guys say the same thing...
Hi the back-log does not go back months. If you believe you have not received a response then please send an ingame ticket using the support tool.

Hi there the backlog does not go as far back as five weeks ago which suggests that the email was never received. Please either re-send the email or pm me here on the forums with the details of your request.

seriously it goes on and on.. The thing that upsets me is, once I do this (same with others i'm guessing) you still get no response. Even if you cant respond to it ASAP not big deal just let us know that. Instead of making it seem like you just ignore us maybe you could reply with, "sorry for the wait we have been very busy we'll be sure to get back at you." . I understand support has always been having trouble keeping up with the tickets but i'm sure there is another way to get around it. Thank you.. :|
