I understand that they should be able to do as they please. I am not against it happening. I only stated that in order for gays and lesbeins to have a child they need to transplant a seed(for lesbeins) to have a child. If everyone was a lesbein or a gay both just keeping to themselves. What would the world population come to then? The feeling of haveing the same sex just is not what populates the earth. For those christians out there the bible states basically populate the earth. That is besides the point. Do what you want I do not care. Just do not annoy me to death with it. Until recently the marriage act was up but was taken down and clearly prohibits same sex marriage. (forgot if it happened in all states) and some states disallow it because theirs a "consiutional ban"

The thing that state governments forget quite often is that there is supposed to be a separation of church and state. The only reason same sex marriage has not been outright legalized is because of the government officials who confuse there personal opinions with law. According to the constitution there is absolutely no reason for same sex marriage to not be legalized. Marriage is a religious institution and as such the government must recognize all forms of marriage. I think people forget quite often that there are other religions other than Christianity that practice marriage. Just because Christianity frowns on same sex marriage, does not mean all religions do. For that matter anyone can create a religion at any time and institutionalize it at any time. Think about how many different sects of Christianity there are. It wouldn't be far-fetched for an entirely new branch of Christianity to form that interprets the Bible differently, one that allows for same sex marriage. After all, the religion of Scientology was founded not too long ago.

Unfortunately, many government officials worry that if they legalize same sex marriage, they will end up giving benefits to "imposters". However, the reality is two guys or two girls aren't going to get married for benefits any more than a guy and a girl wouldn't normally do. The only difference here is that the government is going to be forced to give benefits to people it should have been giving benefits to since the constitution was first formed.

The sad reality is there are gay, lesbian, bi, and transgender all around us every single day. However, the vast majority live in silence due to the prejudice that exists in society. Most are never able to openly be who they are until very late in life, often due to fear of judgement from friends and family. Unfortunately, most people fail to look at the facts of life. Opposite sex marriages end in divorce about 50% of the time nowadays, so that institution is hardly perfect. Thousands of kids are left if foster care or are never adopted every year, yet there are more than enough same sex couples that would readily adopt all of these children, but are not allowed to.

For those who are unsure or against same sex marriage, I highly advise you to watch a documentary called 30 Days - Straight Man in a Gay World. I bet it might put things in perspective for you.

In the Bible marriage is defined as a man and a woman. Christians are upset due to gays and lesbians wanting to call their partnership MARRIAGE. It is not marriage because God defines MARRIAGE as a MAN and a WOMAN. If it was called PARTNERSHIP it would not have affected Christians much at all and would not hve sparked such "hatred" it is deemed as.

In Holland there isn't much difference between people who are gay and the people who are not. We respect each other and as far as I know things are going well.
So USA here is a message to you. "There is nothing to be afraid of, let those people live their life. Let them live the American Dream or something if it still exists."

Actually I think Danny and the gay twin must be at least 16, maybe 17 years old now.

I honestly feel like there's nothing wrong with it. If they want to then so be it, why on earth do you want to stop them?
