so i wanted to know a bit about this skill for an ice mage
now dont say "why ice mage? go with fire mage"
i love all the skills so i got one ice mage and one fire mage

untill an hour ago i forgot that this skill exists, so i didnt get the tome
how good is that skill for full ice mage?

my mage is low lvl but atm hes like that

ice shards - maxed
ice blast - maxed
ice attune - maxed
ice lure - thinking if to make it lvl 15 or lvl 20
e.shield - dont need that atm, will use it later
e.boost - same as e.shield, not sure if i'll use it later tho

so only frostbite, how good is that?

Personally I think the skill is a waste of points, it's supposed to be the ice version of incinerate but it's less then half the damage with the perk of it hitting upon impact. As far as I know, not a single Mage on awarn above 120 uses it. I only bought to have all skills.

If you use and find a build that makes it work please do share, always testing new builds.

I tried it today went full points and rings and to be honest its useless it didnt hit over 700 initially and it only left 300ish damage,, stick with incinerate

i dont like inc so i guess i wont use frostbite too

Inc is better in my opinion, frostbite is kinda weaker an plus you get to watch the people go on fire with inc, which is always pritty funny But i guess frostbite is easy to get cuz its not a really *rare* drop. Yes, I do know that you can get inc from a quest but what im saying is that it takes longer to get then frostbite
