Hi Admins,

I recently logged in to my facebook through the in-app log in buttons, I posted a comment, liked the game and still am yet to receive any free platinum

let me know how long it usually takes to come through or is there a problem with the system possibly?

Mine came through straight away... But I think you also have to agree to posting level updates to get the platinum.

For me, I allowed it access to my Facebook and liked the page. The platinum came instantly. Though I am having trouble with Twitter.

Hey the platinum should come through straight away. You get seperate platinum awards for each of the following:

1) liking on facebook
2) following on twitter
3) posting your first level up on facebook
4) tweeting your first twitter level up

After that you only get more platinum if do a tweet/post after you have gained more friends or followers.

Let me know if you still have difficulties with this, there may be somethign that we can improve in the update.

I am having lots of problems logging into Twitter in-game. Every time I enter my Id and password for Twitter, and then authorize app, I get put back to the login screen again - and I am not logged in.

Same happened to me with my mage CosmicSun! Wont give any plat

and yeah I have liked on facebook, allowed to post to my wall its been a day and still nothing.
I have also tried to connect my twitter account but that also is having some problems.

any way around this?

Yes i have had the same issue... i logged in and liked it but no platinum...

I don't tweed but do have access to 2 facebook accounts. I did one and accepted all the request and post levels and was given 3 platinum.
So I did the same thing on my other account and got nothing.

If we new what the criteria was to get the platinum then we would probably achieve those goals easier. Please post what the criteria is supposed to be.
