How many times do we need to Report Scammers using others people wit Good Rep Names ?

Scammers change a few letters to make it look the same as another and scam other people of the same clan.. People report but nothing get done!

Today it happen to me wit a Fake name of a clan member Scammed me out of a Thunder Staff which took me a while to earn enough gold to buy just for someone OTM Allows to Slip By and Take Advantage of the Loop hole U guys allow them to Hurt Ur Legit Players .

I know im not the first but im Feed up wit the Lack of Support Players have to Get These Scammers Banned ! Ur Admin Say Ur able to view Data logs of problems but what i see is just waste of Support on this Main Problem people have to deal wit. Track their IP Address and Banned them . I know for a fact u guys can track items so bust these guys and Refund our Stolen items back and yes scammers not paying for items makes it tricked=stolen

I have sent pix to FB , Twitter, and have also sent my ticket to Support on the whole matter .

For those of you that are Feed Up about these Run A Way Scammers messing up good people reps and scamming items plz post a comment

I can assure you that all reports will be looked into as soon as possible. The support team has many reports to look into and with issues such as scamming these issues can be quite complex and take a little more time to look into.
We cannot simply disable an account without first looking into the account and this process can take some time.

Im tryn to get much support from any people that have been scammed by this guy i have sent ticket on and pic to help get this guy banned so we can make an Example of these guys showing you can't hide and items will be return

You can also follow these tips to help prevent such things from happening:

• Check the level of the player you are trading with - if they are a level 1 character they are unlikely to be who you think they are
• Does the name of the clan appear above their character name? If it does not then that person is not part of the clan, and therefore is not going to be who you think they are.
• Ask the person you are trading with a question that only they would know the answer to.

Remember you also have plenty of opportunity to cancel a trade before it completes - if you are in doubt about the identity of a player then don't trade with them.

I totally understand you tips but being i didnt see person next to me and all was done in chat i didnt think it was a Fake Player which is more pain as they screw up someone else hard work to gain their rep just to ruin it so fast.

Most of the time that scam would of failed but the scammer name looked the same as my clan member which has gained my trust over time and i didnt 2nd quest it till after the scam happen i was dumbfounded that it happen as i thought he just logged and after 5-7 min later i askes my clan if he was on and then i found out i had been scammed he hasn't been active as much as real life stuff going on in his life which the whole clan new about but someone lookn to score off us took advantage of this .

If possible allow me to know account toons so we know who the scammer is and avoid him. if hes in the same clan we can get kick him out. Or banned them all sounds better to me . Like i said before this ruins the game an soo many levels : reps,lost of item,enjoyment of wanting to play a game and most of all trust in the game maker and support as i know it hasn't just happen to me but more than are willing to come forward .

Cant somthing so simple as changing the faunt put an end to this type of thing? If the little L and the capital i looked different this would not be possable, seems like an amazingly simple solution.

Such BS if you really are working on other requests, why does it seem nobody is satisfied with you?

It's based on case by case and what proof is needed to get something done and i know that alot of people are upset it take sooooo long and most cases seem to go no where .
