i didnt ask for restors build, i asked for a build.
i didnt tell u to give me the build that will waste me the most restors

If that's the case

Max Bark/Embrace
Max Vines
Max Lightning/Swarm
Max Energy harvest (as bad as it may be you will need it)
Rest in touch

Have 1:2 vit focus or 2:3 vit focus, depending what you like

Cast vines then lightning/swarm and then energy harvest when ever possible.

Ps: you never specified what you can/can't use and asked for the fastest way, so mine was the fastest but not neccesarily cheapest

well energy is not my problem (yay u can be shocked)
so i'll kick out energy harvest, i thought about maxing vines swarm lightening, doing half embrace half bark and playing with rings

Skills are crap when half maxed, don't half max a skill when you can max.

Do the same as above since you have no energy problems (that's a first ) swap energy harvest for lightning/swarm (which ever one you didn't choose)

i have my own ways for energy problems
as for the skills, theres no support skill that is useless half maxed, dmg yes, support no, thats the idea of playing with rings or using extra pts
since i have bark ring, + with extra pts, i can almost max both or at least bark, and as long as i lvl the amount of extra pts increases as well

There is no dps druid that can train fast without using restos or having tons of sigils its simple as that

Unless you have a alt mage and druid
Mage for energy support
Druid for health

hahaha when i only hear "half bark, half embrance" i have to laugh like hell XD. and the best way is to max the skills and then use the rings!!!!! not to half them and then the rings -.-.
But if you dont lie with your characters you should know that XD
