Well im not sure what to call it then but my proc can vary by 200 dmg each time it goes off. And going with this a ranger with a ancient short bow and a dl quiver can run up and will be hitting bosses 630 a hit. A vast majority more than a dl bow and any other quiver. Divine dmg is at that point near 10x more dmg than any other way to dmg a boss.[/quote]
I said this because admin told us directly I beta it was unresistable, but the more I see and test it it turns out it may be resistable, Which I believe is a bug

I seem that post too but like u said it may be bugged and need to be brought up to admin however currently and either way this quiver does tons of dmg potential with rangers and how their setup and if u have a supply of heroic haste it could be a new dps top boss class.

Warriors:
Great burst damage due to shatter followed by skills (hybrids and dps), better in duels where most players have less health than mobs and bosses, and fights are shorter.
High health (for hybrids and tanks)
High armor (any warrior)

Rogues:
Good damage over time, good burst damage but not great against warriors due to their high armor, good for long bosses with lots of health, but not for short duels.
Medium armor
Low-medium health

Mostly though, I think shatter is a little OP in PvP, when most classes don't have a ton of armor to begin with. I feel like the amount shatter reduces in PvP should be decreased slightly.
I dont know about low-medium health for rogues. If by low-medium u mean 4k-5k then yes, cause i've seen majority rogues with that amount of health
The warrior probably had 6k+ health, the rogue probably had more strength. If tanks are high with 10k+ health, then 4-5k is medium.
