I doubt you get such a great amount of mail to [email protected] that you can't respond to my appeal for a week.

Hi emails and appeals where suffering from a back-log as all focus was placed on clearing out in-game tickets.

This has now been resolved and things should return back to normal for a little while. Appeals and Emails have now been cleared and responses should now have went out.
