Hi tea, I spoke to monster (krakens son) about the ksing who in turn spoke to kraken, it turns out he doesn't realise when It happens due to a dodgy connection at work.. He's even ksed our own members which led to him being booted, he's putting a stop to playing whilst at work and is sorry for any ksing that's happened.

He's now been reinstated after the talk and hope and bridges can be rebuilt

I would like to apologize to Teaweasel and Krazykatz and anyone else who believes that I ks'd them. I have played games such as these for many years and have never ever been so much accused and it hurts me deeply that I am under this fire. I do apologize in game when someone speaks up and I will offer them cash and/or drops to show that I am very sorry for the incident. That being said, I have been desperately trying to figure out why this is happening so much because on my screen, the mobs I attack have full health when I start attacking. Most of the time I don't even see the other player who believes that I ks'd them. I believe the problem is due to these issues: 1) Lag. This game has more lag than I've ever seen and sometimes I do play on 3g service, which is even worse than when I'm at home on wifi. I was on 3g service today and the lag was especially bad. I probably shouldn't have even tried playing because apparently I ks'd someone but when I tried to apologize, they logged out. hmm. 2) long vs close range attackers. I am a warrior so i do close range attack. The field of veiw could be better because I just can't see you rangers, mage, and druids. I move from one place to the next and you guys come in from the side or even from behind me and therefore I just don't see you. 3) TV. Yes, I like to play the game and watch TV, not a good combination. Tell my you haven't done it. This also leads to missing game chat/whisper messages 4) World size. The world size is pretty small. There's rarely a chance to farm someplace without other people nearby.

My pledge:

1) I will not play the game on 3g service again. period.
2) If I watch tv, then I will sit in one spot and not move.
3) If you think that I've done you wrong, pm me in the game and I will try to make amends. Maybe I could help you level up your character or alt.

My brother, if it's purely a lag issue or an inattentive issue, then I'm hopeful things can change. My goal isn't to get you or anyone black listed if it's not a true issue of mean disregard but rather an issue as such you have named. It's a game, and I understand playing while watching TV, or multitasking I know MANY who do this. It's not an issue of preventing you from relaxing and having fun, it's just an issue of preventing you from making others miserable

That said, check out what people, especially druids are saying, Nightingale, Katz, myself, I know of others as well. It happens a bunch and I hope it can get worked out. Thanks for the apology, I'm gonna take your name off our list, but please work to repair these bridges because they are certainly pretty burnt.

It's kinda cool that I see this picture Kraken, now I know my brother is showing respect to those that are helpful. But even when the two of us play CH next to each other, we experience a lag between each others characters. It's only about a couple seconds or so, so it doesn't seem like that much of a big deal. I know of a few people that have ks'ed me, but I can't do much about it on my mage, except not put fire cloak on them when they ask me for it.

Thanks man, I am defiantly working on my playing habits to prevent ks'ing. If you or anyone has any tips, I would greatly appreciate it. Like you said, it’s mostly druids that seem to be my problem, so I really think line of sight/field of view has something to do with it, combined with the lag of course.

Hopefully lag problems will be sorted out some with the new servers this weekend. I know us druids are touchy about our kills since they are so tough (takes a longe time to kill) to come by.

I'm putting this on here cos sometimes people deserve a second, or third chance...

Tonight we were about to fight chill - myself, Katz and Mageprime. We could do it easily... Pong was there too and wanted to group. Of course with the history it wasn't going to happen.

Afterwards I had a long chat with pong about his reputation and actions on the server.

Pong is from Thailand, and his English isn't the best, as with a number of people on the server...

As with kraken, he does experience lagging issues, and does play while he's at work. He works in a shop. So if someone comes in he wil try kill something and put his iPad or whatever down. Thus ksing someone and not realizing it.

I think after my chat with him I may have had a breakthrough with him, he says he doesn't mean to and sometimes, as with chillmist tonight (we all thought he was trying to is it from us because he was taking it so hard and so fast) he is just trying to help. I spoke to another high lvl player who thinks he is genuine.

I'm not making excuses or asking anyone to let him into groups or anything, but maybe don't hate on him completely all the time. If he is helping kill felgren or something just say "thanks for the help pong".

You know, do unto other as you would have done to you... Something like that

So please if the ksing continues from Pong, take a deep breath, whisper him and politely say hey man u ksd me. Then see what he says... Probably be nothing, BUT he told me he was going to say sorry if someone tells him he's done it. I'd like reports back as I'm gonna talk to him some more if I get good/bad reports about it.

Well said savage there are people playing from all around the world a lot of them English isn't their first or even second language, they may not be on a good connection such as 3G so give them a break talk to them first before branding them KS'ers

I'm fine with that. The thing is that Pong and Toystory4 roll in together often and you know toy knows what he is doing, so maybe it's just as you say and I will defer to your call this time. But lol it's hard to deal with as many of us know.

Lol yeah, I guess hanging out with a complete a hole is better than hanging out on your own in a game like this...
